1. Spin & Win” entry is open to everyone, but all prizes must be claimed in the Nekter App by 11:12am PST on 10/10/21.

3. To take part in the “Spin & Win”, participant must opt-into sms marketing messaging. Participant will need to enter their actual mobile number registered on the screen to play.
4. Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
5. If you cheat to win your prize, you will not receive it.
6. To claim your prize, open the Nekter App, go to "more" then "Promo Code" and enter your unique code. Once you enter your code, you will receive a "Redeemable" on your Rewards Screen that you can use in store or for online orders.

1. Entry is open to US citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above at the date of entry. Employees of Nekter Juice Bar, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

3. The lucky draw will be conducted on 10/12/21.
4. Nekter will notify prize winner through the email address or phone number attached to their Rewards Account within seven (7) working days following the completion of the lucky draw.
5. Nekter reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever.
6. Nekter is not responsible for any problems with the network, computer hardware or software or any breakdown or failure that results in the participant’s posts or any other information becoming incomplete, damaged or lost.
7. Nekter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Lucky Draw with or without prior notice.
8. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all reasonable media publicity as instructed by Nekter relating to the Prize prior to and after the collection of the Prize.
