Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. When sensitive personal information is transmitted through the Services, we may use encryption and similar safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and Nekter cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password or account credentials used to access the Services.

Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Nekter does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Services. If Nekter learns that it has collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without legally sufficient authorization, it will take steps to delete that information as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses of personal information.

Notice of Financial Incentive
Nekter offers customers the opportunity to participate in loyalty and rewards programs, including Nekter Rewards, which may provide discounts, birthday offers, and other benefits. These benefits may constitute financial incentives under California law because participation may involve the collection, retention, or use of personal information.

If you choose to participate in such a program, Nekter may collect information such as full name, email address, phone number, birthdate, favorite or preferred restaurant location, purchases, visits, rewards activity, and related profile information for program administration, customer engagement, analytics, and marketing purposes.

Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time by following the applicable program instructions or by contacting Nekter using the request channels identified in the source policy.

Any good-faith estimate of the value of personal information used in connection with a financial incentive is reasonably related to the value of the benefits provided through the applicable program, consistent with the explanation in the source policy.
