The Nékter Cleanse helps reset your digestive system and is a simple way to flood your body with more living enzymes, vitamins and nutrients. It is a way to break your body from processed food habits and can help decrease sugar cravings.
We have 2 great ways to cleanse! The easiest is to try our 6-Day Celery Detox. Simply start each morning with 16oz of cold-pressed celery juice on an empty stomach and wait at least 30 minutes before eating breakfast, then continue to eat a clean diet throughout the rest of the day. Repeat 5 more times for simple digestion-boosting and detoxifying benefits!
For the Classic Detox Cleanse, you will get six 16.9 oz bottles filled with our unique blends of vegetable and fruit juices and a delicious vanilla bean nut milk. Throughout the day, you will consume one drink approximately every 2 hours, in the specified order (1 to 6). Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to further support the flushing of your system.
Nekter cold-pressed juices are extracted using a hydraulic press, as opposed to other methods which generate heat and can alter the juices' natural flavor and enzymes. Additionally, we use high Hydrostatic Pressure Processing instead of heat to extend shelf life and ensure maximum flavor and freshness.
The Celery Detox Cleanse will include one bottle per day and is sold in packs of 6.
For the Celery Detox, there is no need to prepare, although we recommend eating clean while cleansing for best results. For the Classic Detox Cleanse, we recommend that you begin preparing two days prior to cleansing. Preparation allows your body to slowly ease itself into cleansing, and decreases your chance of side effects.
Starting two days before the Classic Detox Cleanse:
• Do your best to avoid processed foods and eliminate as much meat, dairy, soy, wheat and sugar from your diet as possible.
• Slowly remove caffeine and other stimulants, such as coffee, from your diet to reduce the chances of headaches.
• It is best to eat only raw and fresh fruits and vegetables just prior to cleansing.
For the Celery Detox Cleanse, you will start your day with one 16oz bottle of cold-presssed celery juice on an empty stomach, wait 30 minutes, and then continue to eat a clean diet throughout the day.
For the Classic Detox Cleanse, the cleansing process is different for everyone. If you feel you need to eat, then please do! Make sure to eat clean, raw foods so that you continue working towards a new, rejuvenated you.
If you need to, treat yourself to a handful of raw, unsalted almonds or half of a fresh avocado – these healthy snacks are loaded with clean fats and will help keep you sustained while further supporting the cleansing of your system. Drink plenty of water to support cleansing or enjoy herbal tea for added antioxidants.
You made it! Feels good, right? Similarly to pre-cleanse preparation, we recommend that you ease your body back into eating solid foods. Start with lightly steamed vegetables and fresh fruits and slowly reintroduce healthy nut and other sources of protein.
Begin reincorporating your typical food groups one at a time and pay close attention to how they make your body feel. Don’t be surprised when you find yourself craving more fresh juice!
