Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted forms of payment. Additional shipping charges will be applied for overnight shipping.
For the fastest possible service, it’s best to order online. Our normal business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST and Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm PST.
Nékter Juice Bar gift cards can only be used in-stores. You may purchase a gift card in-store or online. Please note that online gift card purchases are sent via USPS First Class mail, which can take 3-7 business days.
Holiday Bonus Cards cannot be combined with any other discount and cannot be used to purchase promotional or sale items. Bonus cards are promotional cards that carry no cash value, and expire one year from date of issue.
We want our customers to enjoy their cleanses and to be safe too. To ensure your safety, you are advised to speak with your doctor prior to undertaking a juice cleanse to make sure you do not have any conditions that may restrict you. If you choose to continue, you do so at your own risk.
Although common side effects include diarrhea, fatigue, and headaches, if you begin to feel ill or unwell, consult your doctor immediately.
NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO SUFFER ANY NUT ALLERGIES. Our juices may include allergens. Please check the ingredients list before purchase and before consumption. Nékter Juice Bar is not liable for any allergic reactions and refunds will not be given to those who have an allergy to an ingredient. Please note that our juices are made in large quantities to meet demands, so we do not offer substitutions.
We do not recommend the cleanse for those who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or under the age of 18 years old.
No Return Policy
All cleanse purchases and add-ons are final sale. We do not provide refunds if you cancel during a cleanse or after you’ve completed a cleanse. No substitutions.
Our commitment is to provide high-quality products to every customer. Fresh juice must be treated with great care and diligence. With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations, changes, or postponements must be received before 11:00 AM PST the day before your delivery or pick-up date. We will not offer a refund for cancellations made after this day and time.
Any cleanse that is not picked up on the scheduled pickup date is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not issued for a Nékter Juice Bar Classic Cleanse set or Advanced Cleanse set that has been partially or fully consumed.
Example: If you purchased your cleanse on a Monday, for a Wednesday pick-up or delivery, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Tuesday before 11:00 AM. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.
How To Order
In-Store Pick-Up: Cleanses are available in-store on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cleanses are available for pre-order online at participating locations only. If you would like to reserve a cleanse for pick-up, please go to nekterjuicebar.com and select “Pick-up location” under shipping options in checkout. A drop down menu will appear and you may choose a participating Nékter Juice Bar location. There are no shipping charges for pick-up orders, and the earliest pick-up time will be clarified on your receipt.
Overnight Delivery: If you would like your order delivered to you, please choose “Overnight Ship” in checkout and provide a valid residential or commercial address within the Contiguous United States. Please read the Overnight Shipping Policy below and visit the Shipment section for more details about the Overnight Ship option.
Overnight Shipping Policy
Each bottle is carefully packaged with ice packs and an insulated box to ensure proper temperatures are kept while in transit. All other supplementary products ordered will be shipped together with your juices. The juices and supplementary products should be refrigerated as soon as you receive your delivery to ensure their freshness. Expiration dates are located at the top of each cleanse bottle, but are recommended to be consumed as soon as possible.
We schedule cleanses to be delivered daily, Tuesday through Friday, to the Contiguous United States (excluding PO Boxes). To ensure maximum freshness, we do not schedule orders to arrive on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
It is your responsibility to claim the delivery once it is made. If you do not pick-up your cleanse on the pick-up date or before the product expires, you will not be refunded or reimbursed. Nékter Juice Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen product once it has been delivered. This includes an incorrect delivery address or missing apartment/unit number, as we deliver to the exact address you provide at checkout and is verifiable on FedEx.com.
If FedEx Express attempts delivery and is unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to arrange for pickup on the same day delivery is attempted. The juices are packed with sufficient ice packs to stay chilled for 24 hours from delivery.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not given under any circumstances for any of the aforementioned reasons OR for refusing delivery.
Time of Arrival
You will receive a tracking number via email the day before your scheduled delivery date and can track your order at Fedex.com.
We ship via FedEx Express Overnight shipping, which has an estimated arrival time of 10:30 am. Depending on your location, some deliveries may arrive at noon or as late as 5:00 pm. Exact delivery time is subject to FedEx Express.
Due to weather conditions or other FedEx Express delays, your package may arrive after the estimated time. Don’t worry – your juices are packaged to stay cold and will remain fresh for up to 24 hours from delivery. If your delivery arrives later in the day, it is perfectly fine to wait and start your cleanse the next day. Just make sure you refrigerate your juices as soon as possible and keep them unopened until you are ready to drink them. We are unable to issue shipping refunds due to a FedEx Express delay. We recommend checking weather conditions before selecting a delivery date.
Please inspect your Nékter package immediately upon receipt. All freight claims must be filed and received by Nékter within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery charges will be refunded at the discretion of Nékter.
We are not responsible for damaged or compromised juices due to the following:
- Incorrect addresses. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please take a moment to ensure that the address is correct before finalizing your order.
- Unopened shipments. All boxes are clearly marked “Perishable” and must be opened and the contents refrigerated upon receipt.
- Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their juices. Please notify the recipient of the pending arrival of perishable juices.
Orders sent to a multi-unit dwelling such as an apartment building or office unit must have a unit or suite number listed. Please consider shipping to your work address where you can refrigerate your juices upon arrival.
